Cheerleading participants should wear shorts, t-shirts and tennis shoes so that the Cheerleading Coaches can begin teaching cheers, chants, motions and steps on the first day.

Football participants should wear shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes (cleats, as soon as possible). The coaches work with the boys on the basics of football, stretching and conditioning. Some of the boys are there for their first experience with football, while others have played in prior years. The boys work in groups by age and within those group the boys practice according to skill levels.
